Storage is a total allowance, not a monthly refill. Uploads are limited to 25 MiB and recordings to 10 minutes. Server-side AI processing is not included. Local browser storage is separate. Event Voicebooks use the host's subscription and storage; no separate event purchase is needed.

Your data stays yours
Cancelling stops automatic renewal after provider confirmation. Paid access continues to the end of the paid period. A downgrade limits new usage and paid features, not access to your retained originals and downloads. Existing user-authorized deletion deadlines still apply. Keep independent copies of important material.
To change plans, cancel the existing renewal first. A replacement starts after the existing paid period, without overlapping subscription charges. Upgrades are not instant or prorated in this release. No discretionary refunds, except where required by law, payment-provider rules or a billing correction.
Manually recorded payments do not auto-renew. If checkout is unavailable, contact SpiderTaz before making a payment. Never send payment credentials or private recordings.
