Use your voice responsibly

Only record and upload material you are allowed to use. Obtain appropriate permission before recording other people. Do not use ImaSay to impersonate people, distribute unlawful content, or execute unauthorized actions.

Your material

Your recordings remain your material. Saving privately does not grant permission to publish them. You remain responsible for retaining an independent copy of important recordings.

Subscriptions

Prices, features and total storage allowances are listed on Plans & storage. Paid monthly and annual PayPal subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Approval at checkout is not confirmation of payment or paid access. Manually recorded payments do not renew automatically.

Cancellation and plan changes

Cancel renewal from My subscription, or through PayPal. Paid access continues through the confirmed paid period. Replacement subscriptions begin after the existing paid period; this release does not offer instant or prorated plan changes. A downgrade limits new usage and paid features, not access to retained originals or downloads. Over-limit accounts must remove items or upgrade before adding more. Existing user-authorized deletion deadlines continue; cancellation alone does not authorize deletion.

Refunds and payment problems

No discretionary refunds, except where required by law, payment-provider rules or a billing correction. Contact SpiderTaz with a payment reference for help. Payment failures may restrict paid features; they do not delete your recordings. Never send passwords, payment credentials or private recordings in a billing request.

Availability

No unlimited storage, guaranteed availability or automatic server-side transcription is offered. Keep independent copies of important recordings. Account closure does not itself cancel a PayPal subscription; cancel automatic renewal separately.
