Your recording, your decision
Recording starts on your device. ImaSay does not upload a recording until you explicitly save it to your account or submit it to a Voicebook. Device recordings remain in this browser's storage and can be accessible to other people using the same browser profile.
Private account storage
Your default Private Library is only for you. You can invite selected network accounts into a named Space; accepted members can access all its current and future recordings according to their role. Invitations do not publish a Space or grant access until accepted. File hashes and processing history describe how a record was stored, not whether a speaker or statement is authentic. This release does not send recordings to an AI transcription provider.
Business publication
A business owner can explicitly enable an unlisted public voice page and separately approve selected owner-controlled recordings and text for it. Anyone with its link can read, play and retain that material without signing in. Guest contributions do not become official business information. Changing or moving an approved source hides it until the owner approves its current version again. Withdrawal blocks new delivery, not copies already obtained. The business name is read from the owner's network business profile; no verification claim is implied.
Targets and QR links
Targets connect recordings to a subject within an account Space. Their names, descriptions and linked recordings follow current Space access. A QR code or copied link does not grant access or publish content. Only the Space owner manages Targets. Archiving restricts a Target to its owner without changing its link. Unlinking does not delete a recording. A moved or deleted recording disappears from its old Target views; a retained association becomes visible again if that recording returns to the same Space.
Actions and shortcuts
Review sends the chosen action arguments to ImaSay to check access; Run performs the reviewed action. Action history stores status, hashes and result references, not a second copy of note text or search results. Shortcuts can retain a title, search text and destination settings; they do not retain note bodies or recording selections. New note text is saved canonically only when the reviewed save runs. There is no background command listening or outside AI processing. Unsubmitted Action form text is not automatically checkpointed like a Studio draft.
Export and deletion
Authorized members can listen, read and export. Revocation blocks new requests but cannot recall audio or text already downloaded or captured. Deleting an account item blocks new playback access immediately; if physical cleanup fails, cleanup remains pending. Hosting backups may retain deleted material until their configured expiry. Contact SpiderTaz for the applicable backup retention details.
Private Business conversations
When a business enables questions, a signed-in customer can explicitly share a written note or their own existing recording with the business owner and its authorized operators. Space membership alone does not grant conversation access. Custom staff drafts remain hidden from the customer until an owner or Reviewer sends them. These messages do not become public Business information. Original sources stay in their authors' libraries; editing, expiry, withdrawal or loss of source access can make a message unavailable. Downloads and exports already obtained cannot be recalled.
Retention and closure
An owner can explicitly authorize deletion deadlines for future Space saves or an existing unexpired recording. Access stops at the UTC deadline; physical deletion uses the retryable cleanup queue. Closing, archiving or moving does not cancel an existing deadline. Closed Spaces are read-only; archived Spaces are owner-only. Reversible ImaSay closure preserves stored history, archives owned named Spaces and withdraws public Business material without closing the shared network account. Reopening does not automatically republish content or resume collection. Local browser recordings and independent exports are not erased by account closure.
Shared network account
SpiderTaz handles sign-in. ImaSay stores its own session and links records and Space membership to shared accounts. The network menu is supplied by SpiderTaz. Local drafts are not removed by account sign-out; remove them explicitly on shared devices.
